Changes to Nursery Entitlement
As of October 2020, a third judicial review challenge brought by Matthew Gold & Co. Ltd. Solicitors, resulted in eligibility being extended to 2-year-olds whose families have NRPF due to being undocumented or having no leave to remain, who also receive support from their local authority under section 17 of the Children Act 1989.

Changes to Child Benefit Qualifications
Until recently, parents with Limited Leave to Remain (NRPF) with children who were British or EEA nationals were able to claim Child Benefit.
