COVID-19 response

The Coronavirus has had a significant impact on the way we work. We're trying to meet the changing needs of our clients while complying with government restrictions and keeping ourselves and others safe. Below is a summary of the changes we've made:

  • We are meeting clients on the phone and online, rather than face to face.
  • We have temporarily increased the emergency support we provide to clients who don't have money for food or other essentials
  • We have temporarily extended the remit of our Hotel Fund. We will now take referrals for any street homeless person with NRPF in need of emergency accommodation (up to 3 nights) while a decision to refuse statutory support is challenged
  • Our training sessions for professionals are moving to an online platform. We hope these will be up and running in May. Details of how to register will be on our website.
