Project 17's advice and advocacy service is generally oversubscribed: we do not have capacity to assist everyone who asks us for help. If you are a professional already working with a client, we aim to support you via the advice line for advisers, rather than taking the case on ourselves.
We do not yet have capacity to offer advice to professionals working with adults with care needs who have no recourse to public funds. If you enquiry is about someone in this situation, please contact the Care Right Project.
If you have questions about section 17 or the support available for families with NRPF, please take a look at our resources here and watch the video below.
If you would like to speak to someone about an individual case, please fill out this form. We aim to respond to all requests within two working days.
We also offer training for advisers, which you can find out more about here, and accept referrals to our emergency hotel fund, which you can find out more about here.
