Advice for people with NRPF

We provide advice for migrant families facing homelessness and extreme poverty because they are unable to claim welfare benefits (no recourse to public funds).

We may be able to help you if:

  • You have children under 18 living in your household.
  • You have 'no recourse to public funds', either because you are undocumented, or because you have a restriction on your visa.
  • You are homeless, facing homelessness, or struggling to meet your families needs

Please complete this form to tell us more about your situation. After you have filled int he form, we will contact you to find out more or book an appointment.

If you are unable to complete the form, please leave a voicemail on 07963 509044 or send an email to [email protected]. We will call you back to complete the form over the phone.

Please note that we cannot provide immigration advice.

Please note that we cannot assist families who are eligible for s.95 asylum support.

Unfortunately we are often very busy and, if we are at capacity, we will not be able to take on new clients.

If you are an adviser assisting a client and you would like to discuss a case, please call our Advice Line on 07701 330 016.
